Corporate events at Taj Fisherman's Cove
We plan, build and run conferences, sales kick-offs, dealer meets, launches and awards nights at Taj Fisherman's Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam (Covelong), East Coast Road, Chennai. Stage, LED, sound, lighting and branding come from our own factory, and we work alongside the hotel’s banquet team.

What we bring to Taj Fisherman's Cove
The hotel gives you the hall, the food and the rooms. We bring everything that turns the hall into your event.
- Stage, sets and branding built in our own Bengaluru factory, not rented
- LED walls, sound and lighting under one contract
- Registration, badges and guest flow at the door
- A show-caller and crew who run the event, cue by cue
- One point of contact who works with the hotel’s banquet team
- Load-out and clean-up inside the hotel’s window
What we check with the hotel first
Most event-day problems start with a question nobody asked the hotel. We ask these in the first week.
- Taj Fisherman's Cove's load-in window, service lift and the route from the loading bay to the hall, so the stage goes up on time.
- Ceiling height, rigging points and floor loading, before we design the stage and LED wall.
- Power for the LED wall, sound and lights, and whether the hotel’s generator backup covers it.
- The hotel’s policy on outside production vendors, and what its in-house AV team will handle.
- Rain and wind backup for any lawn or outdoor session, with tenting planned in advance.
- Guest transport from the city or the airport, and the time it adds to the agenda.
- Registration lanes and entry flow for a large crowd, so the first session starts on time.
