Questions we get
Straight answers about briefing, building and running an exhibition stall with us. Something missing? Ask us on WhatsApp.
What do you need from us to quote a stall?
Your stall size, the show and venue, the dates, how many sides are open, and a reference or a short brief. Send it on the brief form or WhatsApp. We reply within one working day.
Do you build the stall yourselves?
Yes. Carpentry, metal, acrylic and large-format print all happen in our own factory in Bengaluru, with our own crew. We do not subcontract the build.
Will the finished stall look like the render?
Every stall is assembled once in our factory before it ships, so we check it against the approved design before it reaches the venue. What you approve is what gets built.
How early should we brief you?
As soon as you know your stall size. We need your artwork files 5 working days before stall possession, and we finish setup 72 hours before the show opens.
Do you work outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We build in our Bengaluru factory and install across India. We have delivered in 8 cities so far.
How much does an exhibition stall cost?
It depends on the size, how many sides are open, materials, lighting and AV, and the show’s own rules. We send a costed, line-by-line quote after we see your brief.
Is the first design concept free?
Yes. For an upcoming show we share a stall concept for free, so you can judge the design before you commit.
Can you store our stall and reuse it at the next show?
Yes. We store stalls between shows and refresh them for the next one, which saves you building from scratch every time.
What happens during the show?
We install, light and hand over the stall before the doors open, stand by through the show, and dismantle and clear out afterwards.
Do you also run events and conferences?
Yes. Conferences, carnivals, product launches, roadshows and sampling activations, with stage, lighting, sound, LED, registration and branding built in our factory.
