What we check with the hotel first
Most event-day problems start with a question nobody asked the hotel. We ask these in the first week.

- Ceiling height, rigging points and floor loading, before we design the stage and LED wall.
- Power for the LED wall, sound and lights, and whether the hotel’s generator backup covers it.

- Rain and wind backup for any lawn or outdoor session, with tenting planned in advance.
- Guest transport from the city or the airport, and the time it adds to the agenda.
- Registration lanes and entry flow for a large crowd, so the first session starts on time.
