Questions about IMTEX 2027

When should we brief you for IMTEX 2027?

By 24 Dec 2026 is comfortable: that leaves time for the 3D design, your approval, the organiser's paperwork, fabrication in our Bengaluru factory and transport to Bengaluru. Later is often still possible; ask us.

Can you build our stall at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC)?

Yes. We build the stall in our own factory, assemble it once on our floor to check it, then truck it to Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), install it and stay through the show.

Do you handle the organiser’s drawings and approvals?

Yes. We prepare the stall drawings, power load and the other documents the organiser asks for, and keep you updated until the stall is approved.

Can we reuse the stall at our next show?

Yes. We can design it to be rebuilt in a different size, store it between shows and refresh the graphics for the next one.
