Beverage brand: Evening Sampling Activation with Backdrop
Evening product sampling activation for a beverage brand, with a tall printed backdrop panel and branded promoters handing free sample bottles to passers-by.

What we built
For a beverage brand, we set up an outdoor sampling point where promoters handed out free bottles of the drink to people passing by. The centre of the setup is a tall printed backdrop panel fixed against a boundary wall, with a brick planter alongside. The panel carries the brand logo at the top, a large campaign visual with the product bottle in the middle, and a clear free sample call to action with a missed call number at the bottom, so anyone stopping for a photo could also register their interest.
The activation ran in the evening. A promoter in a branded black jersey stood beside the panel and handed each person a small bottle of the drink, and each handover was photographed in front of the backdrop. The photos show students, office goers with backpacks and a site worker in a hard hat and safety vest all stopping to take a sample, which shows how the spot caught a mix of people on the move.
Design and finishes
The backdrop uses the brand campaign look: a dark background with a deep red glow, white and red type and the bottle shown large. The panel is tall enough to frame a person standing in front of it, which suits a sampling format where every handover becomes a photo. Keeping the setup to one panel made it quick to put up and easy to fit against a wall without blocking the footpath.
Built in our factory
As with every KaamKRAFT job, the setup was planned in 3D first, then built and dry-assembled in our Bengaluru factory. The backdrop frame and print were made and checked there before being packed for the site.
On site
Our own crew installed the backdrop at the location and handed it over before sampling began, then took it down once the activation was over.
