Catalyst and omind: Sponsor Booths at a Hotel Conference

What we built
For a conference held in a hotel, we built a set of compact sponsor booths in the pre-function area outside the main hall. The photos show five of them: Catalyst by Zoho, omind, REVE Chat, Chat360 and Rezo. Each booth follows the same simple kit so the row looks consistent, while the graphics change completely from one sponsor to the next.
Every booth sits on a low raised platform finished in dark grey carpet with a black edge, which defines the space on the polished hotel floor. At the back stands a tall flat backwall panel printed edge to edge with the sponsor graphics. Most of the backwalls carry a wall mounted screen for demos or videos. In front, a white counter box wrapped in the brand graphics gives the sponsor team a place to stand and talk, and two chairs with dark covers and white sashes sit behind it. The Catalyst booth is the widest of the set, with a long backwall that lays out the product features beside its screen and a QR code for visitors to scan.
Design and finishes
The finishes are kept to print on panel and carpet so that each brand colour does the talking: green and black for omind, warm peach for REVE Chat, white and navy for Catalyst, blue and white for Chat360 and a bold red backwall and counter for Rezo. The booths line up along glass doors and white curtains, so the natural light in the space falls on the graphics.
Built in our factory
As with every KaamKRAFT job, the booths were designed in 3D first, then built and dry-assembled in our Bengaluru factory. The platforms, backwall frames and counters were made there and checked for fit before being packed for the hotel.
On site
Our own crew installed the booths in the hotel and handed them over before the conference opened. After it closed, our crew dismantled the booths and cleared the area.
