Great Indian Fitness Carnival: entry arch, ticket counter and stage
Branded entry arch, ticketing counter, stage fascia and pagoda tent rows we built for the Great Indian Fitness Carnival, an outdoor kids fitness event.

What we built
For the Great Indian Fitness Carnival, an outdoor kids fitness event, we built the branded pieces that shape how a family moves through the ground: the entry arch, welcome boards, the ticket counter, the stage dressing and the rows of stalls. Built in June 2026.
The entry is a tall box-section arch in the event's blue and lime green, with the carnival name across the header and a central pillar carrying stacked letters that mark the way in. Cut-out style graphics of kids in superhero capes sit on the side pillars. Large welcome boards flank the arch, one with the sponsor and partner logos, and walk-through metal detector frames sit just inside, with stanchions and red rope guiding the queue.
Design and finishes
Next to the entry, we wrapped a white pagoda tent in a blue frame to turn it into a ticket counter, with the word TICKETS in oversized lettering along the front and a tall standee explaining ticket rules beside it. The same blue, lime and white graphic language runs across every piece, so the arch, counter and stage all read as one event.
The main stage sits against a large LED screen, with tall sponsor standees on both sides and moving head lights along the front edge. The stage front carries a printed fascia with illustrated panels. Through the event the stage was used for kids activities, group moments with balloons and live music. Across the ground, white pagoda tents line a carpeted walkway with colourful bunting overhead, each stall fitted with a white draped table and signage.
Built in our factory
Every KaamKRAFT job is designed in 3D first. The arch, counter frame, standees and fascia panels were built and dry-assembled in our Bengaluru factory, and the graphics were checked against the frames before anything was packed.
On site
Our own crew carried out the installation on the ground, from the arch to the stage dressing, and handed everything over before the gates opened. Once the event closed, the same team dismantled the build.
