CACES: Stage, Entry Arch and Branding for a Hotel Summit
Event production for the CACES summit in a hotel: carpeted stage with LED screens, branded entry arches, a sponsor logo wall at registration and standees.

What we built
For the CACES customer experience summit, presented by Altrusia and Exotel, we handled the event build inside a hotel, from the main stage in the ballroom to the branding that guides delegates from the lobby to their seats.
In the ballroom, we built a raised stage platform with a dark carpeted top, black skirting and a carpeted two step riser at the front. A wide LED screen sits centred on the stage with the summit title on it, flanked by two tall vertical screens that list the supporting sponsors. A lectern stands to one side, and the sound and control desk is set up at stage left.
Outside, a box arch wrapped in blue graphics marks the way into the ballroom corridor, with the summit name across the header and #CACES running down each pillar. A second matching arch frames the ballroom doors. Beside the first arch, a white step and repeat wall carries the summit and sponsor logos behind the registration desks, and freestanding sponsor standees line the corridor. The title sponsor Exotel has a lounge set on a raised carpeted platform, with a purple back wall, a curved white header with a backlit logo and a freestanding screen kiosk.
Design and finishes
Everything follows the summit identity: a deep blue base, white type and a striped hazard band along the edges of the arches and screens. The arches are wrapped panels on a frame, the logo wall is printed, and the stage uses carpet and black fabric skirting so the screens do the work.
Built in our factory
As with every KaamKRAFT job, the set was designed in 3D first, then built and dry-assembled in our Bengaluru factory. The stage parts, arches and wall frames were made there and checked for fit before being packed.
On site
Our own crew installed the set in the hotel and handed it over before the summit opened, then dismantled it once the event closed.
